Works well but flavor is not good
As always, 110 percent has a great formula for their pre workout and it does its job well. For the taste, there was much to be desired, it did not taste much like strawberry and cream and all and was left with more of a corn taste, I did try it with different levels of water and dilution but still ended up with the corn taste.

Best pre for me
I've found most pre-workouts have a distinct aftertaste, and the flavors are off. With 110, whether it be pineapple mango, peach oolong, or now cherry grenadine, none of these flavors miss. I'll take any 110 flavor over any other pre-workout.

Please refer to the sizing below as these shorts run small. We recommend sizing up from your normal size.
I usually wear a medium in shorts. I spoke to Kevin and he told me to order a large because of the small inseam. So I listened to him and got the large, very glad I did because even the large is a little tight. Lol. Now that that’s outta the way, these are very comfortable to work out in. I did squats in them yesterday and felt great the whole time!
