The presence of women in strength sports is at an all time high. We have allowed ourselves to take up space in sports that were previously dominated by men. Unfortunately, that doesn’t stop most supplement companies from pandering to us, creating under-dosed, overpriced products in hot pink containers and calling themselves “inclusive.”

Love, sad there’s not a huge inventory

Was using the product regularly and found it helped support my hormone health. Value is unmatched for what you get. Would be interested in seeing 3rd party lab testing, but recognize the cost that comes with that. Wish this was in higher demand to maintain stock.

Finally found a supplement that helps my hormones and my period, I recommend this supplement to all my friends who struggle w/ bad periods. During my time of the month I used to have to take a rest day for at least the first 2-3 days which was so frustrating as a powerlifter. I can now say my cramps and pain are mostly on day 1 & the rest of my period is a breeze. Need a restock pls <3

Highly recommend!

As an athlete with endometriosis, my bleeds used to knock me down for days at a time. I started taking Balance over a year ago and now I don't even need pain meds during my bleed. I used to experience heavy, dark red clotting with the cramps and pain. My bleeds now are a bright red, moderate flow, and finally regular. I recommend Balance to my clients who struggle with estrogen dominance, PMDD, PBCS (post birth control syndrome), and endometriosis due to the DIM, which helps the liver with detoxification. The blend that Kevin + Nicole have put together is very helpful for all women, especially those who struggle with their bleed.
