The energy and pump are fantastic. The focus is also on another level. But my favorite thing is there’s no crash after using it. It just gradually fades hours later as you go about the rest of your day. I train relatively early (7am-10pm ish) and find that I have sustained energy to also train all my clients as the day continues

Of the several flavors I've tried from 110 (Lychee Apple, DPL, Pineapple Mango), the pina colada is my all-time favorite. I don't know what other new creation could surpass this flavor.
