Was hesitant in purchasing these since i typically don’t buy products that have anything to do with focus since im just a pre dude, after review and trying them for a good amount of heavy and light workouts, im a full believer in this product, pair this with pre workout and good nutrition before a lift, you’ll be dialed TF in, super happy to have a company that comes out with quality products and breaks the stigma of companies trying to sell you a product that doesn’t work. Recommend to anyone who is hyper active during sessions or just needs that extra focus.

Does what it says in the description

These focus capsules help me feel "locked in" during my workouts as well as during academic work. I like that this product can carry me through a full workout and work day with no crash or excessive stimulation. I will say that I've only gotten noticeable results with a full dose as opposed to other reviewers who have said that half a dose does the trick which makes the value a little worse than I hoped. I also don't personally like the caffeine content because I found that this doesn't stack well with the preworkout without either underdosing other ingredients or consuming a ridiculous amount of caffeine. I like to switch between the two products, preferring the focus capsules when I need to be productive all day and the preworkout when I don't mind the effects wearing off after a couple hours to feel a little more energetic in the moment.

110% is the best pre-workout available for natural lifters. The focus I feel combined with the skin-splitting pump makes this pre-workout a bodybuilder’s dream! When I try other brands, there is too much caffeine which detracts from vasodilation and creates a jittery and distracted feeling. 110% keeps me concentrated on my work!
