These focus capsules help me feel "locked in" during my workouts as well as during academic work. I like that this product can carry me through a full workout and work day with no crash or excessive stimulation. I will say that I've only gotten noticeable results with a full dose as opposed to other reviewers who have said that half a dose does the trick which makes the value a little worse than I hoped. I also don't personally like the caffeine content because I found that this doesn't stack well with the preworkout without either underdosing other ingredients or consuming a ridiculous amount of caffeine. I like to switch between the two products, preferring the focus capsules when I need to be productive all day and the preworkout when I don't mind the effects wearing off after a couple hours to feel a little more energetic in the moment.
I have only used them once and I have never felt more focused in my life. Definitely worth the buy
Title makes it seem pitchy BUT it’s not. Simply I am a gym owner, meet director, powerlifter and human which most days I need a boost mentally or physically. This stack provides immediate clarity of brain fog, the careful dosage of caffeine doesn’t leave you jittery, and most of all it’s a perfect amount of attention that won’t leave you with a crash. On meet days I will take a full dose at 5am before lifting/registration and will only need maybe 2 more capsules by the end of day at 5pm. It’s also great for lifting if not already taking a high stim pre, 2 capsules is a great primer and peak into heavy lifts along with getting rid of unfocused thoughts. Clearly I love it, I say definitely try it and make sure you leave a review!
Always been really judgy with which pre to take as a powerlifter and the combined with the focus caps is insane. Never really been a supplement taker but when heavy days come, i can always count on the pre workout and the focus caps to give me a great session, definitely recommend it for anyone who isn’t a crazy stim junky 10/10.
